Protocol Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded secondary school in South Tyneside seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team. The Opportunity

This is a fantastic role for graduates considering a future career in education. Working across Key Stages 3 and 4, you will play a key role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve academic success.

You’ll work both one-to-one and with small intervention groups, gaining hands-on experience of classroom practice, behaviour management, SEND support, and pupil engagement. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
