You will work closely with a designated year group, providing day-to-day pastoral support and acting as a key point of contact for students, parents/carers and staff.
The role involves supporting behaviour, attendance and wellbeing, working proactively to identify and address barriers to learning. You will contribute to targeted intervention strategies, build positive relationships with families, and work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral leaders and external agencies to ensure students receive the right support at the right time.
