Job summary

Deyes High School is seeking a committed Pastoral Support Assistant to join our dedicated Pastoral Team, helping students achieve positive outcomes academically and personally. You will work with a designated year group, providing day-to-day pastoral support and acting as a key contact for students, families and staff.

The role focuses on supporting behaviour, attendance and wellbeing, identifying barriers to learning and contributing to targeted interventions.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to targeted intervention strategies, build positive relationships with families, and work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral leaders and external agencies to ensure students receive the right support at the right time.
