Job summary

Beckfoot School in Bingley is seeking a Pastoral Manager to support the wellbeing, safety and inclusion of our students. You will work with staff, families and external agencies to create a supportive environment where every child can thrive.

This is a permanent, full-time role. The post involves 37 hours per week, Term Time Only +5 days, with a pattern of Monday to Thursday 8.00am–4.00pm and Friday 8.00am–3.30pm.

• Experience or strong aptitude in pastoral care and safeguarding.
• Ability to build trust with students, families and staff.
• Commitment to inclusive education and wellbeing.
