Job summary

Crestwood School in Dudley is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to lead policy development and support across campus. You will work within a supportive team to promote pupil welfare, manage behaviour strategies and safeguard responsibilities.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing practices that safeguard pupils, with opportunities to progress in your career and be supported by colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral care and safeguarding
• Ability to develop and implement school policies
• Strong collaboration with staff across departments

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor pastoral policies and practices across the school.
• Support pupil welfare, behaviour management and safeguarding.
• Loster liaise with staff, parents and external partners to safeguard pupils.

The Crestwood School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Pastoral Manager to join our supportive and ambitious team.

We wish to appoint a hardworking and dedicated Pastoral Manager. You will be responsible for the management, development and implementation of policies and practices throughout the school ensuring that the school fulfils its responsibilities for supporting behaviour, child protection and other pastoral issues. The role would promote and facilitate effective practised across the school that combine to safeguard the pupils in our care.
