Assistant Pastoral Manager

A Good Secondary School in London are looking for a proactive and dedicated Assistant Pastoral Manager to join their pastoral team.

Assistant Pastoral Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and organised individual to work alongside the Pastoral Manager and take responsibility for supporting students within an Academic Hall.

You will play a key role in delivering the college tutorial programme, monitoring pastoral and academic data, identifying students requiring additional support and implementing appropriate interventions. You will also contribute to assemblies, tutorial bulletins and programmes designed to promote positive behaviour, personal development and student wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be confident working with young people, communicating with parents and external agencies, and building positive professional relationships across the school.

Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent
