Reed is seeking a Pastoral Manager for a thriving secondary school in Slough, Berkshire. You will provide pastoral support, promote student welfare, attendance, behaviour and personal development, and work with students, families, staff and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in pastoral, welfare or safeguarding roles, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and a commitment to removing barriers to learning.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a pastoral, welfare, safeguarding, or student support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and case management abilities.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practice.
