North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Pastoral Lead Officer for a Church of England school to coordinate pastoral care for vulnerable pupils and those disengaged from learning, ensuring continuity in learning and social development.

The role includes leading on behaviour, safeguarding, attendance, medical/dietary needs, and family liaison, while supporting groups or individuals in classroom settings, and liaising with Children and Family Services.

Qualifications

• Strong, reflective practitioner focused on pastoral care and outcomes.
• Team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Able to liaise with parents and external agencies to support pupils.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate pastoral care for vulnerable pupils and those disengaged from learning.
• Lead on behaviour, child protection, attendance, medical and dietary needs, nurture and family liaison.
• Support groups of children in classroom, small groups or 1-1 settings; safeguard meetings as needed.
