The Wren School in Reading is seeking a Pastoral Intervention Leader to oversee the ReDirect room and support students who disengage from learning. You will lead on planning, monitoring and evaluating targeted interventions and ensure effective communication across teams around the school.

As a visible presence on site, you will build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff, model the school’s values and contribute to a calm, aspirational environment that supports every learner
