• Lead the ReDirect room and support students returning to lessons after disengagement.
• Identify barriers to participation and plan effective interventions to secure positive outcomes.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate interventions to ensure consistency and clear communication across teams.
• Be a visible presence around the school, model the school’s values and contribute to a calm, inclusive, aspirational environment.
