Job summary

Woodfield Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to support the school's behaviour and pastoral systems. You will help pupils who struggle to regulate moments, guiding reflections and re-engagement with learning.

Job description

Pastoral Assistant post at Woodfield Academy, supporting the school's behaviour and pastoral systems. Based in the Refocus Room and working alongside the Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour, the post sits within a team of four Heads of Year and four Pastoral Managers.
