Salary: Up to £22,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm including 1 x 5pm finish

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Pastoral Support Assistant to join our close-knit team at Bricklehurst Manor School located in Stonegate.
To assist the Pastoral Support Team in developing the school as a high-quality specialist provision for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, including pupils diagnosed with autism or demonstrating behaviors associated with autism. This involves providing high standards of pastoral care in a safe and orderly environment, supporting behavior management, and safeguarding the welfare of young people. All duties are carried out under the supervision of the Headteacher.
Bricklehurst Manor School is a new independent special educational needs school for up to 60 pupils with social, emotional, mental health, autism, and other complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new setting and make a difference.
