PK Education Limited seeks an experienced Pastoral Administrator to join a large Sheffield secondary school. You will provide essential administrative support to pastoral and student services, maintain student records, and assist with safeguarding and wellbeing administration.

PK Education are recruiting for an experienced Pastoral Administrator to join a large, well-established secondary school in Sheffield.

This is a full-time temporary position throughout November, with the possibility of extending until Christmas depending on school requirements.

The school is an established 11–16 secondary with a strong community focus and a commitment to supporting students both academically and personally. With a particular emphasis on inclusion, positive behaviour and student wellbeing, the school aims to create an environment where every young person feels supported and encouraged to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and approachable individual who enjoys working with young people and wants to play an important role in supporting the school's pastoral team.

The successful candidate will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff and senior management to provide essential administrative support, helping ensure students receive the guidance and support they need throughout the school day.
