As Pastoral Year Leader, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve both academically and personally. You will work closely with pupils, families, teaching staff and external agencies to promote positive behaviour, improve attendance and ensure students receive the support they need to thrive.
This position is available for an immediate October 2026 start and interviews/trials will be arranged as suitable candidates are identified.
