Job summary

Pasta Evangelists is seeking a dedicated Cloud Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Brighton. You will help prepare our pasta offerings to the highest standards and maintain kitchen efficiency during busy services.

You will follow SOPs, monitor wastage, uphold safety and cleanliness, and support the team with inventory and equipment checks. The role rewards reliability with development opportunities and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe food handling, storage, and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented in food prep, cleaning, and kitchen organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pasta sauces and ingredients to ensure quick service while controlling wastage.
• Wear a full clean uniform and protective clothing as required.
• Maintain high standard of food quality and cleanliness per SOPs and safety regs.
• Monitor stock levels, par levels, and notify Team Leaders of shortages.
• Record temperatures and ensure equipment is maintained and safe to use.
• Ensure deliveries are checked in and stored correctly; manage waste and storage.
