Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Passive Fire Protection Installer to join planned works in social housing across the Tewkesbury area. You will install fire doors and carry out remedial works while collaborating with tenants and trades.

The role requires a joinery/carpentry qualification (level 2+) and a valid UK driving licence, with DBS checks as part of the process. Training, vehicle supplied, and long-term stability are offered.

Passive Fire Protection Installer

Location: Sites based within Tewkesbury area

Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours

This is an exciting opportunity for a Passive Fire Protection Installer to join Novus Property Solutions, planned works team providing high-quality Fire Door installation and remedial works within Social Housing tenanted properties

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

• Installation of fire doors and completion of remedial works within a social housing environment
• Previous experience in social housing, including working directly with tenants, is desirable
• Ability to work from job tickets or handheld devices on a daily basis
• Work collaboratively with other trades and the wider site or contract team, while managing your own workload effectively
• Successful candidates may be required to complete a skills test, including the installation of a fire door
• Adhere to Novus’ high standards of health and safety at all times
• Ideal candidates will have a joinery/carpentry qualification at level 2 or above, FIRAS qualifcations are desirable
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• This role is subject to a DBS check
