Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is looking for a Passive Fire Protection Installer to join the planned works team in the Gloucester area. The role focuses on installing fire doors and completing remedial works within social housing tenanted properties, with standard 39-hour weeks and a supportive planning team.

You’ll receive tools and training, a company van with fuel card, pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a refer-a-friend scheme. DBS checks and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Installation of fire doors and remedial works in social housing.
• Joinery/carpentry qualification at least Level 2; FIRAS desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is essential; DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Installation of fire doors and remedial works within social housing.
• Collaborate with trades and contract teams; manage own workload.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Work from job tickets or handheld devices daily.
• May be required to complete a skills test (fire door installation).
• Adhere to Novus’ high standards of health and safety.
