Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager for passive fire protection, based in London and East Anglia. You will engage with enquiries, visit sites, understand the scope of work, and aim to improve conversion rates while pricing projects and building strong client relationships.

You should have proven technical sales experience in fire doors and fire stopping, knowledge of the passive fire market, and the ability to develop new accounts across healthcare,

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling and/or estimating passive fire services.
• In-depth knowledge of the passive fire protection market, applications and systems.
• ASFP IFE Level 1, 2 & 3 qualifications desirable.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrable technical sales ability with understanding of fire doors and fire stopping applications.
• Increase client-facing and site-visit activities to develop opportunities across Healthcare, Student Accommodation, Public Sector and Housing Associations.
• Attain, grow and manage multiple large clients and drive profitable sales expansion.
• Identify early opportunities to maximize share of wallet within fire stopping and passive fire opportunities.
• Deliver business development presentations, negotiate and close with nominated accounts in coordination with location resources.
• Lead pipeline reviews and ensure CRM records are up to date.
