Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager for passive fire protection, stationed in London and East Anglia. You will drive technical sales, visit sites to understand scope, price projects and grow key accounts.

You will bring experience in passive fire services and knowledge of fire doors/fire stopping, with strong relationship skills to lead presentations and negotiations with major clients. A proactive, solution‑driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling and/or estimating passive fire services.
• In-depth knowledge of passive fire protection market, applications, products and systems is desirable.
• ASFP IFE Level 1-3 qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrable technical sales ability with understanding of fire doors and fire stopping applications.
• Increase site visits and client-facing activities to grow the business.
• Attain, grow and manage key client accounts and drive profitable sales expansion.
• Identify opportunities early to maximise share of wallet in fire stopping opportunities.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate and close with nominated accounts.
