Job summary

Machine Mart, the UK’s leading specialist retailer of workshop power tools and equipment, is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle enquiries by phone and email. You’ll be part of a busy retail environment with strong emphasis on safety, administration, and teamwork, contributing to ongoing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and emails
• Answer calls quickly and provide a first-class service
• Process emails promptly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and keep administration up to date
• Promote and maintain safe working practices
• Carry out reasonable duties as required
• Refer to Aftersales Manager and comply with H&S regulations

Responsibilities

• Responsibility: To handle incoming customer enquiries via the Telephone and Emails
• - To answer incoming telephone calls quickly and efficiently providing a first class service
• - To deal with Emails quickly and efficiently
• - To communicate effectively and precisely with other colleagues
• - Keep all administration up to date
• - Promote and maintain safe working practices in all areas
