Machine Mart Ltd is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, delivering a first-class service while maintaining accurate administration.

You will respond quickly and communicate effectively with colleagues, upholding GDPR and safety standards across the operation, while benefiting from staff discounts and welfare benefits.

• To deal with Emails quickly and efficiently
• To communicate effectively and precisely with other colleagues
• Keep all administration up to date
• Promote and maintain safe working practices in all areas
• Any other reasonable duties as required
