Job summary

TrustFord, the largest Ford dealership in Europe, is seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the Service Department’s day-to-day operations and to help drive a high standard of customer care.

You will lead frontline team members, optimise resources, maintain service performance, and mentor staff to achieve business goals. A proven franchise background and strong knowledge of Keyloop or Kerridge are essential to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aftersales or service department.
• Main franchise experience required.
• Knowledge of Keyloop/Kerridge essential.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join us. You'll be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department and anticipate and identify customer needs. You'll be responsible for maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner. You'll be able to make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals.
