Bizerba (UK) Ltd is seeking a Spare Parts & Service Administrator to join our Milton Keynes team. You will manage spare parts orders, maintain stock records, and assist with service documentation to support our field engineers.

We value strong organisational skills, clear communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/inventory system experience is a bonus. This is a full-time, permanent position offering development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in spare parts or service administration is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or inventory systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process spare parts orders accurately and promptly for customers and engineers.
• Maintain and update parts inventory databases and liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate service schedules and documentations for the service team.
• Handle customer enquiries on spare parts and service requests with good service.
• Generate service reports and related paperwork in line with procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate information flow.
• Support continuous improvement in parts management and admin processes.
