Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd is seeking a conscientious customer service and parts order specialist to support internal field engineers and external customers in the supply chain for amusement machine parts. You will handle phone and email inquiries, provide order updates, and ensure timely processing while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support to customers and internal staff.
• Send order updates and delivery information to customers.
• Generate reports for outstanding Sales Orders and inventory.
• Process Pro-forma invoices and chase payments.
• Update orders and enter Purchase/Sales Orders on the stock system.
• Liaise with engineers and suppliers to ensure correct parts are ordered.
• Maintain order progress in the Red Zebra system.
• Represent the company professionally and attend trade shows as required.
