About the Role
What will you be doing?
- Working with the Sales Manager and team to deliver the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre.
- Achieving personal KPIs and revenue targets with target customers.
- Accurately identifying parts to meet customer requirements.
- Utilising all product promotions effectively to meet specific targets.
- Identifying and leveraging potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
- Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
- Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits.
- Providing high-level customer service by understanding requirements, responding to requests, processing orders, and offering expert advice.
- Providing timely communication regarding credit status.
- Supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and excellent customer service.
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales targets.
- Handling incoming calls and customer inquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting.
- Ensuring proper and accurate use of all systems for searching and ordering parts.
- Completing all documentation accurately and promptly.
- Managing cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Confident and capable communicator with experience in fast-paced and/or telesales environments.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- A team player with the drive to meet individual and sales targets weekly and monthly.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- IT literate, preferably with good knowledge of MS Excel.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
