Job summary

Adams Morey in the Southampton area is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy team at the Nursling site. You will help ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time, supporting colleagues and keeping customers moving.

The role requires at least 2 years in a motor trade parts department, ideally with LCV or HGV experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a 45-hour week with overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a motor trade parts department.
• Experience with LCV or HGV parts is highly desirable.
• Methodical and conscientious approach to work; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our internal Telephone Sales team in responding & processing customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner, with accuracy and care.
• Managing and prioritising incoming sales enquiries across Telephone, Email, WhatsApp and e-portal channels
• Liaising with trusted suppliers to maintain strong supply chains and reliable turnaround times.
• Maintaining clear records, paperwork, and data integrity across all internal systems.
• Upholding high standards of organisation and service within the team.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment where attention to detail truly matters.

Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our growing and dedicated team at Adam’s Morey as a Parts Sales Advisor based at our Nursling site.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision and enjoys being part of a busy team. This is a vital sales role, focused on ensuring that the right parts are in the right place at the right time — supporting the people and processes that keep our customers moving.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, 1 in 3 Saturday paid as overtime 8.00 am to 12.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).

Salary:OTE £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
