Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd is recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor for a busy team in Sutterton, Lincolnshire. You will support customers and technicians with parts enquiries, orders and day-to-day needs in a busy engineering environment.

The role focuses on front counter service, accurate parts information, and stock control. You will work closely with the Parts & Retail Manager to keep the stores organised and stock levels accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, stores or stock control.
• Strong organisational and stock management skills.
• Experience serving customers at front counter.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer and technician enquiries about machinery parts.
• Serve customers at front counter and over the phone.
• Process, pick and dispatch orders.
• Provide accurate parts information.
• Support day-to-day running of stores.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Organise stores area.
• Assist with stock movements and deliveries.
