Job summary

JDR - Just Dynamic Recruitment is seeking an experienced Parts Manager in the UK to own the spare parts function and lead the warehouse team. You will ensure availability of parts, maintain stock accuracy and drive efficient processes across maintenance and production support.

The role requires SAP/WMS experience, strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, with a focus on safety and compliance. 37.5 hours per week, full-time, £42,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spare parts management or a similar warehouse environment.

• Good computer skills, including the ability to produce reports and analyse stock information.

Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring procedures are consistently followed.

Salary: £42,000 per annum | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced Parts Manager with a background in inventory management, warehouse operations and team leadership? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a spare parts function, lead a team and play a key role in supporting maintenance and production operations.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive individual with strong attention to detail, good IT skills and experience using SAP or another Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The Role:

As Parts Manager, you’ll be responsible for the effective management of spare parts inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring the right parts are available when needed while maintaining accurate stock records and efficient processes.
