Northeast Auto Group is seeking a Parts Interpreter to help customers and technicians identify and source automotive and industrial parts. The role focuses on accurate part identification from descriptions, part numbers, and references, with emphasis on delivering excellent service and precise order processing.

As part of a dynamic team, you will manage parts inventory, stay informed on product developments, and collaborate with sales and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate parts delivery.

Northeast Truck Centre, Ormeau are currently seeking Parts Interpreters to join our growing Parts Department. If you are detail-orientated, with strong problem-solving skills, this could be the role for you!

About the Role:

As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the right parts for various automotive, industrial, or machinery applications. If you have a passion for helping customers, strong knowledge of parts and components, and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts, answering inquiries, and offering technical advice when needed.
• Use your expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that the correct parts are selected and ordered.
• Monitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.

About You:

• Knowledge or a passion for automotive, industrial, or machinery parts and components.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management systems.
• Previous experience in parts interpretation or related fields is preferred but not required.
