Performance Resourcing Limited in Newbury is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join a premium franchise dealership. You will handle parts enquiries, identify and source parts, manage stock, and support workshop teams, delivering a high level of customer service.

The role offers a competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000 OTE, structured training, ongoing development, clear progression, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Kerridge Autoline or Pinnacle systems (desirable).
• Customer-focused with a professional approach.
• Stable career history (maximum of 3 roles within the last 6 years).

Responsibilities

• Handle parts enquiries from both retail and trade customers.
• Accurately identify, source, and supply automotive parts.
• Manage stock levels and maintain efficient inventory control.
