Renault Truck Commercials based in Avonmouth, Bristol is recruiting for a customer service driven Parts Delivery Driver who will provide a standard of service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories.Working Monday to Friday: 40 hours 08.30 to 16.30 Paying up to £12.95 pr hrFull UK manual Driving Licence requiredOverview of duties:

• To maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer queries
• Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery
• Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed
• Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery
• Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis..
• Promote sales of parts at all times
• Assist in Parts promotions.
• Support parts department as required during holiday, sickness and training periods.

Requirements:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Experience of a customer service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills
• Fit and Healthy to lift heavy parts following the manual handling guidelines
• Computer savvy to be able to work on in house systems and outlook emails
• Good organisational skills
• Experience in stock control and health and safety in the workplace
