Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks’ notice. We support flexibility, so if your availability closely matches but not exactly the advertised times, we’d still love to hear from you.

This role involves more than driving: it’s about helping others and delivering great service with a smile. It’s hands-on, physical, and varied. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring van and trays are clean, tidy, and organized.
• Leaving the delivery area clean and picking up litter.
• Washing trays as part of the process.
• Loading the van and checking its roadworthiness.
• Communicating with customers about orders, substitutions, and refunds.
• Handling products carefully and delivering within the scheduled time slot.
• Calling customers before early arrivals and stores if delayed.

Requirements:

• Build relationships with colleagues and create team spirit.
• Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Respond quickly to customer needs and embrace change.
• Be energetic and driven to exceed expectations.
• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
