Location: Clifton, Bristol

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing high-quality legal advice. Responsibilities include:

• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Shared ownership, new build, and unregistered property transactions
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and equity release
• Right to buy and lease extensions
• Managing files from instruction to post-completion
• Maintaining high standards of client care and communication

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC)
• Have at least 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive and organized in file management
• Be confident with case management systems and legal technology
