Renault Truck Commercials based in Avonmouth, Bristol is recruiting for a customer service driven Parts Delivery Driver who will provide a high standard of service to customers, promoting the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 08:30 to 16:30

Pay rate: Up to £12.95 per hour

Overview of duties:

1. Maintain high levels of customer service by responding promptly to customer queries.
2. Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery.
3. Be aware of reasons behind any shortfalls on delivery and propose remedial actions.
4. Assist in picking and loading customer orders for delivery.
5. Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis.
6. Promote sales of parts at all times.
7. Assist in parts promotions.
8. Check stock and control customer stock where necessary; submit results to the Accounts Department.
9. Support the parts department during holiday, sickness, and training periods.

Requirements:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Experience in a customer service-driven delivery role with excellent communication skills.
• Fit and healthy to lift heavy parts following manual handling guidelines.
• Computer literate to work on in-house systems and Outlook emails.
