Job summary

Charlies Stores Ltd is hiring a Parts Assistant for the Ag & Turf Parts Department. You will book in daily stock orders and assist parts advisors to pick items for customers and internal orders, while delivering first-class customer service and supporting stocking duties.

The role involves working in a warehouse environment with opportunities to grow, training provided, and potential Saturday rota. Excellent pay and a friendly team atmosphere are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to use standard computer applications; IBCOS Gold experience is an advantage.
• Forklift license would be advantageous; training will be provided.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented approach to work and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts orders are ready for customer collection or courier delivery.
• Receive and check deliveries, book stock into system, locate in warehouse, or forward for orders.
• Load and unload vehicles (manual and forklift).
• Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse.
• Maintain control of stock levels and accuracy of stock.
• Complete relevant administration tasks as required.
• Manage showroom stock rotation and seasonal displays.
