SAGA Truck & Van in the United Kingdom is seeking a Parts Advisor to join a busy parts department. You will assist customers and technicians, source correct parts, and maintain inventory records using Excel and dealer systems. The role is 45 hours per week with a late shift pattern and benefits supporting career growth.

Candidates should have knowledge of vans and trucks, strong customer service, good IT skills, and be able to liaise across departments to ensure parts availability.

Formación

• Technical knowledge of vans and trucks.
• Experience delivering customer service to a high standard.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills; experience with parts systems would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of dealer systems such as ADP Autoline (Kerridge/Keyloop) is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing parts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory using Excel and other tools.
• Process incoming and outgoing parts orders with timely delivery and accuracy.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers and suppliers.
• Support maintenance activities by organizing parts for repairs and servicing.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts availability and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure correct parts are available.
• Build relationships and deliver first-class service to customers.
