Arnold Clark in Inverness is hiring a Parts Advisor for our Mercedes branch. No prior parts experience is required as full training is provided. The role focuses on keeping workshops stocked and keeping customers informed throughout each stage of their journey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifying parts required for a vehicle.
• Ordering parts from internal and external sources.
• Picking and packing parts.
• Communicating with the workshop.
• Providing a quick and accurate service to customers.
• Invoicing and stock management.
• Reviewing digital communications for customers.
