Arnold Clark is seeking a Parts Advisor at our Mercedes branch in Aberdeen. You don’t need prior parts experience; comprehensive training will be provided to help you manage stock and assist customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail helpful.
• Stock management experience or familiarity desirable.
• Comfort with computers; training provided on company systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required for a vehicle.
• Order parts from internal and external sources.
• Pick and pack parts for customers/workshops.
• Communicate with workshops and customers.
• Provide fast, accurate service to customers.
• Process invoices for parts sold.
• Review digital communications with customers.
• Manage stock levels and updates.
