Arnold Clark is seeking a Parts Advisor at our Stoke-on-Trent branch. You don’t need prior parts experience; comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this busy role.

The position offers a competitive OTE (£42,500) plus a range of benefits including 33 days holiday, private healthcare, discounts, and a pension scheme. Full-time hours are Mon-Fri 8:00–17:30 with some Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
• Able to work independently, but also as part of a team with common goals.
• Great communicator—friendly, clear and concise with customers.
• Enjoy helping customers and using computers; training will be provided on systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify parts required for a vehicle.
• Order parts from internal and external sources.
• Pick and pack parts for workshop and customers.
• Communicate with the workshop about parts status.
• Provide fast, accurate service to customers.
• Handle invoicing for parts orders.
• Review digital communications with customers.
• Manage stock to ensure kit availability.
