• Minimum 2 years experience as a Parts Advisor.
• Technical competencies as a Parts person.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and own those calls.
• Process customer orders via trade counter, post, telephone or sales staff.
• Deal with online enquiries and orders.
• Suggest appropriate product alternatives and upsell to maximise sales.
• Cultivate additional telephone sales, especially during quiet periods.
• Nurture customer business across product ranges to meet depot targets and promotions.
• Adhere to cash, cheque and credit card transaction policies.
