Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team at cinch Chery Gatwick, supporting seamless workshop operations and stock control.

You will receive, unload and record incoming parts, maintain inventory records, and respond to workshop and customer inquiries with a quick, expert service. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and ongoing development within a large automotive group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor.
• Experience in franchised dealership preferred.
• Attention to Health & Safety in the workplace.

About The Role

Parts Advisor

cinch Chery Gatwick

Full-time | Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basis

At cinch Chery Gatwick, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.

In this role:

• You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
