Job summary

Marshall Nissan Ashford is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team. You will receive, unload and record incoming parts, store and organise inventory, and support workshop operations.

You will assist technicians and service advisors, respond to enquiries in person, by phone and email, and ensure parts availability to keep jobs on schedule. Experience in a franchised dealership and comfort with inventory software, pride in customer service, and a health and safety mindset are

Qualifications

• Experience handling parts and stock in a fast-paced workshop or dealership environment.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to respond to enquiries quickly and accurately.
• Comfort with inventory systems and handheld devices (e.g., iPad) for stock control and taking records.

Keep our workshop moving with your parts expertise with one of UK's most respected automotive groups. At Marshall Nissan Ashford, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well‑organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations. In this role:

• You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up‑to‑date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.

• Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Someone tech‑savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
