Job summary

Marshall Audi Exeter is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join the aftersales team. You will ensure smooth workshop operations by supplying the right parts at the right time and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

In this role you will receive, record and organise stock, respond to enquiries, and collaborate with service advisors and the sales team to keep jobs on schedule. A focus on Health & Safety and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor is preferred.
• Comfortable using iPad or similar inventory software.
• Strong customer-service focus and positive attitude.
• Able to follow established processes and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• Store and organise parts with up-to-date inventory records in internal systems.
• Respond to workshop and customer enquiries in person, by phone and email with a quick, expert service.
• Pick and distribute parts for technicians, coordinating with service advisors and the sales team.
