City West Country Ltd is seeking a Parts Advisor in the Taunton area to join our growing automotive group. You will deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, promote company products, and support smooth stock and transaction processes.

This role focuses on growing parts sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert advice while adhering to company procedures and guidelines for stock handling and invoicing.

Qualifications

• IT literacy and ability to use MS Office and web-based applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all parts operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and safeguard all payments for cash invoices.
• Liaise with relevant departments across the business.
• Maintain a strong customer focus throughout all parts operations.
• Build and sustain professional relationships to deliver outstanding service.
• Keep customers informed of cost changes, invoice details and future requirements.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the Parts Supervisor/Manager.
• Accurately interpret manufacturer parts deliveries.
• Replenish stock according to the warehouse location system.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17:30

This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd as a Parts Advisor! We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you'll work with both internal and external customers, providing expert support and advice. You'll also play a key part in growing parts sales, identifying new business opportunities, and actively promoting the company's products and services.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in driving parts sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting smooth operations across the business.
