Scania in Thirsk is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our branch team. You will be the main contact for parts queries from customers and colleagues, ensuring timely and efficient parts supply and accurate stock handling.

The role includes in-house training, a competitive package with a pension, life insurance, and employee discounts. Working hours follow a rotating pattern across weekdays and occasional Saturdays, with 25 days of holiday plus public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and organised individual.
• Experience in parts supply or automotive retail preferred.
• Able to liaise with suppliers and manage stock checks.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering a first-class service and keeping customers updated.
• Liaise with suppliers to order parts aligned to needs.
• Assist with delivery/collection of parts and ensure correct packaging and documentation.
• Help maintain optimum stock levels and perform stock checks.
