Job summary

Scania Lincoln is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Lincoln branch. You will be the main contact for parts queries, ensuring timely supply, accurate documentation, and proactive communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, delivering first-class service and updating them on order progress.
• Liaise with suppliers to order parts in line with needs.
• Assist with delivery/collection of parts and ensure proper packaging and documentation.
• Help control stock levels and perform regular checks.
• Support branch operations to ensure timely parts supply.

Salary starting from £27,248 per annum plus an excellent benefits package.

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer focussed individual to join our Lincoln branch. As Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, at the heart of branch operations, responsible for timely and efficient parts supply. You will be the main point of contact for all parts queries from customers and your branch colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering a first-class service, pro-actively keeping customers up to date and ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered in line with operational needs.
• Assist with delivery and collection of parts when required, ensuring parts are packaged and documented correctly.
• Assist in controlling optimum stock profile for the branch.
• Proactively undertake and oversee stock checks.
