We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team.

The role involves supporting all branch operations with a focus on maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking orders over the phone and upselling to increase invoice value.
• Making outbound calls to raise customer awareness and boost sales.
• Building long-term relationships with local customers.
• Promoting offers, discounts, and customer competitions.
