Job summary

Lakaz Maurice in Southampton is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a well-established main dealer. You will be the first point of contact in the parts department, greeting customers and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include ordering, invoicing, booking parts, managing stock, liaising with workshop and service advisors, and providing accurate quotations. The role reports to the Parts Manager and offers a structured, Monday-Friday schedule with one in two Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in car parts and knowledge of parts inventory is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to provide quotations.
• Experience with ordering, invoicing, and taking payments in a parts department.

The Role:

An established main dealer client of ours currently seek an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Based in Southampton, reporting into the Parts Manager, a great opportunity to join a well-respected, progressive business who also have exciting growth plans.

Current motor trade parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Package:

£25,221 Basic Salary + £2,000 Bonus - £27,221 Package

8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday

One in two Saturday mornings - 8:30am - 1:00pm
