Job summary

An expanding automotive garage in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to enhance their busy parts department. The role requires strong customer handling, communication skills, and an understanding of parts operations. Working hours are Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts. A competitive salary package of £24,000 to £25,000, plus bonuses, is offered.

Parts Advisor – I am working with an automotive garage in the Weybridge area who are expanding! They have a requirement for an additional Parts Advisor!

The role will be 08.00 – 18.00 Mon – Fri and Saturday’s 09.00 – 13.00 on a rota with a package, basic salary of 24-25k + bonus.

Job Role – Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Person

Parts Advisor Role:

• Working within a busy parts department, you will be focused on delivering unrivalled levels of customer service, and a modern and efficient parts service.
• The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop, and to deal with a busy Trade parts operation (including export sales).
• You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service over parts-related matters. Parts verification experience would be beneficial.
• You will be expected to deal with customers professionally and personally, as expected by the brand.

Additional Requirements:
