Job summary

Tru Talent is looking for a skilled Parts Advisor to join our Commercial Automotive team in Avonmouth. You will advise customers on parts requirements, process orders and help the workshop stay stocked with the right components. You’ll work to KPIs with a focus on delivering great service and boosting bonus earnings.

The role requires organised, accurate individuals with strong product knowledge and confident communication. On-site, full-time hours apply with flexible start and finish times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor within a commercial vehicle or automotive environment.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Organised, accurate and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Advising internal and external customers on parts requirements accurately and efficiently
• Processing parts orders and ensuring correct components are sourced and supplied as an experienced Parts Advisor
• Working towards monthly KPIs to maximise bonus earnings
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Supporting the workshop team to ensure parts availability and minimal downtime
• Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (Flexibility with start and finish times)
